What does the term AVGS mean?
AVGS stands for the activation and placement voucher of the employment agency or the job center. With this, various measures such as coaching can be funded at 100%.
Who is eligible and where can you apply for an AVGS?
The AVGS is issued either by the job center or the employment agency. You can contact the supervisor responsible for you there.
Eligible are usually unemployed who can draw a benefit such as ALG 1. You must have been unemployed for 6 weeks within the last 3 months. The entitlement applies only to persons who have not yet been placed. However, there are individual exceptions for people who cannot meet the above conditions.

What services does the AVGS cover?
The AVGS also includes coaching as an educational measure. As part of this, we offer various 1:1 coaching sessions that can be funded with the AVGS. In doing so, we use a proven concept that works with modules. These are used according to your ideas and focus. The modules can be booked individually or bundled.
What is the time frame of the AVGS coaching?
The time frame of our AVGS coaching can range from 7 days to over 8 weeks. We give special consideration to your individual development and pace. If you have more specific questions, please arrange a no-obligation initial meeting with us.
